Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI): 

• The IDI is a tool that assesses an individual’s ability to communicate across cultural difference - their intercultural competence

• It allows us to better understand how our lived experiences have informed our cultural lens and our ability to navigate cultural differences and intercultural interactions

Services Provided with the IDI:

• Individual Assessment and Debrief: All individuals who take the IDI are provided a 1-2 hour debrief by a Qualified Administrator

• Group Assessment and Debrief: A group profile is created for teams who engage in the IDI. Each group is provided a debrief that further explains the IDI, its history, validity, and the ways in which it can be used.  This debrief can be tailored depending on group needs and desires

• Continued facilitation and coaching using the IDI results to focus on intentionally increasing a group or individual’s IDI orientation
