Training: A one-time workshop or series of educational sessions over a specified period of time. (Ex: Bias, Equity 101, Power, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Styles)

Strategy & Policy: Developing a roadmap for DEI and implementing specific policies and practices

Facilitation: Guided group activities, discourse and/or dialogue.

Coaching: Individual or team-centered guidance, facilitation and consultation around a specific goal or desired outcome - e.g. policy, equitable leadership

Assessments: Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) - A developmental approach to navigating cultural differences

Pricing: Our preference is to first do a client intake so we can determine costs that are specific to your needs and desired outcomes. If you have a limited budget, we are more than willing to sit and assess which services can be afforded and negotiate prices whenever possible.
